PRE-REQS: Strong handstand and cartwheel, back bend

 Shooting Stars focuses on building strong acro foundations while increasing strength, flexibility, and confidence. Dancers will work toward mastering front and back walkovers, begin the introduction to aerials, develop creative floor work skills, and explore acro combinations that highlight each dancer’s unique style. Emphasis will be placed on proper technique, clean execution, and safely progressing toward more advanced skills.
