These classes will include full-body conditioning designed to increase strength, improve jumping height, endurance, and overall abdominal/core strength for better control. Flexibility work will cover all body areas with an increased focus on the back and shoulders for acro/tumbling, and legs and hips for improved splits, extension, and knee line.
Flex & Strength 1
This beginning-level flexibility and conditioning class is designed for dancers who are still working toward mastering their splits. Dancers will focus on building strength, improving overall flexibility, and learning safe stretching techniques to help increase mobility and control. This class is perfect for athletes looking to gain a strong flexibility foundation.
Flex & Strength 2
This advanced flexibility and conditioning class is designed for dancers who already have all three splits flat and want more! Athletes will work on oversplits, back flexibility, strength training, control, and extension to improve lines, jumps, and leg holds. This class is perfect for dancers looking to push their flexibility further while building the strength needed to support advanced skills safely and effectively.
