ADVANCED ACrO with Cami OR brendan

PRE-REQS: Dancers must have both walkovers and a consistent aerial on the Marley to register! 

 Designed for experienced dancers ready to take their acro skills to the next level! This class focuses on side aerial combinations, front aerials, back handsprings, and back handspring variations, with an emphasis on proper technique, strength, control, and clean execution. Dancers will work on connecting advanced skills into combinations and developing the power and confidence needed to incorporate acro seamlessly into choreography.
