Acro

Beg/Int - Prerequisite NONE: Designed for beginning dancers who are new to acro/tumbling. We will focus on the fundamental skills (handstands, cartwheels, chest stands) with special attention to safety, technique and consistency. 

Int/Adv - Prerequisite back and front walkovers and aerial experience: Designed for competitive dancers who are experienced tumblers. The focus will be on executing skills with proper technique and form, increasing height and speed, combination work, and new skill acquisition.
